The project consists of analyzing the socio-economic, cultural, and political factors that have an effect on the development and performance of micro-businesses led by women in the canton of San Ramón, from the perspective of the women and different parties related to them. It is planned to identify the motivations, values, personality traits, leadership styles, risk taking, competences, among others. As well as the analysis of factors of the business environment, both internal (administrative, financial, productive, and marketing management) and external (economical, social, cultural, and political). With these inputs it is planned to propose a reinforcement strategy for them.
