This project aims to investigate the Communication and Information Technologies (ICT) that have been implemented in the teaching and learning of the English language at the Headquarters of the West and how these affect motivation and learning of the English language. This in order to identify factors that inhibit educators and students in the use of ICT, as well as its implementation for communication, research and learning of the English language.
