To investigate the degree to which communication and information technologies (ICT) have been implemented in the Baccalaureate and Bachelor's degree in Teaching English (BLEI) of the Modern Languages Section of the University of Costa Rica at the Headquarters of the West, to define how these affect motivation and learning of the English language and identify factors that inhibit educators and students in the use of ICT and its implementation for communication, research and learning of the English language.

This project aims to investigate the Communication and Information Technologies (ICT) that have been implemented in the teaching and learning of the English language at the Headquarters of the West and how these affect motivation and learning of the English language. This in order to identify factors that inhibit educators and students in the use of ICT, as well as its implementation for communication, research and learning of the English language.
