836-C1-178 La gestión comunitaria del agua en San Ramón: planificación territorial y su vínculo con el balance hídrico.

Objetivo:

To analyze the hydric capacity and community management of water, and its incorporation in the territorial planning of the canton of San Ramón, using planning, parties, actors, and hydric balance process analysis techniques, with the purpose of promoting the inclusion of the ASADAS as a strategic party in the development plan of the canton, during the period of 2007-2022.

Descripción:

This project plans on analyzing cantonal territorial planning processes, specifically aspects related to the hydric capacity of the canton, which includes hydric balance and the agents tied to the topic, with special emphasis on the communitary operating parties (ASADAS); this with the goal of identifying their current participation in the construction of development plans of the canton of San Ramón, and reinforce their future presence and contribution in the definition of the different planification instruments.
